EKART - Ekart Unsolicited COD Order Delivered via EKart Paid in Cash by Senior Citizen Request Urgent Actio

I am raising a complaint regarding a Cash on Delivery (COD) package that was delivered to my home on **th July ****, which was never ordered by me or any member of my household.

The package contained a Charcoal Face Cream Pack of *, priced at ₹*** , and was delivered via EKart Logistics. An SMS was received prior to delivery along with delivery partner's number.

Unfortunately, at the time of delivery, the payment of ₹*** in cash was made by my elderly father, a senior citizen, who had no knowledge of the order being fake or unsolicited. This caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress for my family.

We did not place any such order , and this appears to be a clear case of fraudulent delivery, possibly intended to target unsuspecting or vulnerable individuals through COD.

I request Voxya to kindly intervene and take the following actions:

*. Arrange for a refund of ₹*** paid in cash for a product we never ordered.
*. Identify and act against the seller (ParcelX) who initiated this fake delivery.
*. Hold EKart accountable for enabling such deceptive deliveries without proper order verification.
*. Prevent future occurrences of such practices, especially targeting senior citizens.
