Ordered One Ice cream bar & * ltr tub yesterday evening from Hatsun Anna Nagar via Dunzo delivery. The * ltr tub was in unsealed condition, I mean usually you need to tamper the plastic sealing to open the lid, which is already tampered. I’ve tried addressing to Dunzo, there’s no proper response from them. I’ve been said that I’ll be receiving a mail/call for this issue in six hours time, it’s about >** hours now, haven’t got any feedback.
I demand a quick remedy for this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
