Dunzo delivery - Package not delivered

My laptop charger and tws earphones were picked up on **st October **** but not delivered. When I contacted the customer support team of Dunzo, they sought more time as the delivery partner was not contactable. Post following up with Dunzo service team, I understand that they may not have a solution to the package they misplaced.
