Lenovo - Unsatisfied with product

I bought this Lenovo *** almost a year ago(February ****) and have not been satisfied at all with the product. The charger adapter stopped working within six months but couldn't do anything about it due to Covid ** situation hence had to order a new one. Laptop gets overly heated as soon as I start using it. Battery has totally failed within one year and now even the keypad buttons have started to fall down. This is the scenario when I don't use it for gaming and stuff.
The problem I face with the product are
*. Faulty adapted stopped working after * months
*. Gets overly heated as soon as I start using some heavy apps
*.Battery is totally dead. It's just above a year and it has stopped working from like *-* months
*. keypad started falling off even when it has not been used much.

If there is anything that can be done which I know can't be so I have started to feel like I should keep this experience in my mind before upgrading my laptop. Will need to think before buying anything from lenovo which was not the case earlier
