Toothsi - Unsatisfied Results

i am using the aligners for * year and did not get the results promised by toothsi. There are gaps in the front toothsi in both upper, lower jaws, the teeths are still projecting at front. Whereas as per their promise the videos showed the tooths going to normal position with no gaps in between teeths. Raised complaint with customer care and it is more than ** with no action on further treatment or updates. Please don't opt for this toothsi and lose money, mental peace. Customer care simply says 'escalation has been done and will get a callback tomorrow' each day same sterotyped reply with no actual action
