I ordered a bed from Pepperfry in September'** for my parents however it couldn't get assembled then and we eventually got it assembled in December. Please note that during delivery we had gotten the details of the assembly guy from the delivery personnel but had to get it assembled on our own since the assembly executive was not available during the convenient time. The headrest of the bed developed cracks within ** days of assembly that too when the bed was not being used. The customer care service calls it as wear and tear and doesn't give a proper explanation to what wear and tear is.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
