I am writing to formally address the ongoing issue regarding the refund for my order ID ******* **************, placed on August **, ****. This matter has been pending since September *, ****, and I have sent multiple emails without receiving any meaningful response.
I am still missing a refund of Rs. *** for one of the * products I returned. While my bank (SBI) has confirmed they have received * refunds, they have also provided me with a screenshot of these transactions, which I previously shared with Myntra team
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
