Complaint Against Havells – Poor After-Sales Service
I purchased a Havells Adonia Storage R ** Litre Water Heater (Model: GHWCARTWH***-NEW, ASIN: B***TNG*MD).

It has been over * months since I raised the complaint, but despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from Havells, no resolution or service has been provided. My family in India is facing huge inconvenience while I keep following up from Dubai, yet the company has failed to take any proper action.
This reflects extremely poor customer support and negligence. I request urgent intervention for either product replacement/refund or immediate resolution.
