Havells geyser bought on March ****. In Nov **** its Outer cover got blast Opened and hanging and its not working since then.... I was taking bath when this all happened........I talked to customer care for replacement and they denied by saying that Comprehensive Warranty is for two years.....
So I AM asking what about it after two years........ ?? This should happen after two years with Havels products...... I was lucky that I AM safe....... But it could be dangerous.
This is my sincere request that I should get replacement.
