It's highly disappointing that such known online furniture store has unfulfilling service. It's been more than ** days that we ordered multiple products on Pepperfry while ordering we got the assurance to get delivery within a week. However, two weeks passed but the so-called online store did not get back to us. Furthermore, when we raised this concern to their customer service we did not get any concrete response from them. Although, the immature customer care executive reassure us that they will provide us with an update within **hrs but got no response. Even after multiple complaints, no action has been taken so far. We are totally pissed of their awful customer service and want our money back asap.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
