Lakme Academy (Aptech) - Unprofessional unsecure Lakme academy

Hi There,

We are highly focused students, aspiring to be the next level future makeup artists and have a long term future in the Industry.

We enrolled at Lakme academy * months back. However, Lakme is not letting us learn better and creating lots of challenges and problems which are leading us towards restarting this learning journey elsewhere.

This is extremely sensitive and we would like to first bring this in your notice before we inform you anything else. Management has installed cameras inside the lab wherein girls practice which includes, changing room, waxing and other stuff which is critical for someone's privacy and security. Also students are always scared off due to cameras.

Following are the list of problems, we have to deal with, almost every single day :
Frequent change in faculties - Almost every month, management introduce new faculty for skin and makeup then they take time to start from the beginning and teach something which differs from the previous sessions and leave us with lots of confusions.

Unavailability of products - We are not provided the required amount of products to practice while we practically use them on the models. Also, management refrain from providing the required quantity of available products which also disables us in completing our practice on a daily basis.

Unprofessional behavior - Management behaves like we are school going kids and they don't talk professionally. They don't motivate us to learn and stop us using the products even when it is necessary to use products for learning purposes.

We are hoping you will resolve these issues and look forward to immediate action on the escalated points.
