Lakme Academy (Aptech) - Discrepancy Between Advertised Course Content and Actual Delivery

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the course I enrolled in last year which was advance makeup artist course .
Deapite paying all the fees upfront, the lakme academy branch sector ** noida staff failed to deliver on its promises. They have only taught us the basic things of makeup. The content covered was significantly lacking compared to what was advertised. And now after all the things when all the students of our batch wants our portfolio, they are not responding and leaving us feeling stranded and unsupported.
This is really sad to see that lakme which has a good reputation, lacking to give us the proper services.
This blatant discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is unacceptable, and i except a prompt resolution to this matter . I would appreciate a half amount refund of the fees paid for not giving me proper services what was promised by the staff .
