City land travel - Unprofessional Conduct and Misinformation on bus cancellation

We had booked a ticket from Haridwar to Katra with MakeMyTrip and the bus Operator was city land travels. We were informed that the bus was cancelled from Haridwar to Katra and the refund has been initiated. Because of this green and precarious situation, we were in a lot of trouble and Haurry And search for the alternate plans immediately. The best suitable option we got is to book a bus from Haridwar to Chandigarh and book A corresponding bus from Chandigarh to Katra. After the ticket from Chandigarh to Katra we realised That we have chosen the wrong pick up point within ** minutes, we called the Bus operator city land travels to change the venue of pick up. as soon as we told him our mobile number, he simply informed us that the Bus husband cancelled since we were in the middle of the trip we panicked and called him back. Once again, he repeated the same mistake and informed us that the bus has been cancelled. we were really upset and reconfirmed if he’s talking about the Haridwar or the Chandigarh bus. he reluctantly answered without considering our concerns that there are sometimes technical error and the buses cancelled. But in fact, he was talking about the Haridwar bus and I was talking about the Chandigarh bus. This made our position most vulnerable and we had no other option but to go for another bus service to reach Katra. Since we did not get any refund confirmation regarding the same recall the helpline number of city land travels to confirm and another representative told that the Bus was as scheduled and they realised their mistake and informed us that the Bus was as per schedule. In the meanwhile, we had already booked alternate tickets and we requested them to cancel the ticket at their own end.which they refused. This cancellation of the Haridwar to Katra bus and the subsequent misinformation about the Chandigarh to Katra. Bus not only created a financial mess for us but also spoiled our spirit, enthusiasm and the excitement of the whole trip. We requested them several times. cancel our Chandigarh to Katra ticket and refund us the loss offered by us. There was literally no response from their side and the whole of our trip was sped because of them. This kind of grave negligence and unprofessional manner should not be tolerated by a company like MakeMyTrip because it hampers your brand value as well as trust of your customers. We request you to kindly penalise the company, Star land travels for such a behaviour and my information. The reputation of MakeMyTrip is at stake because of such kind of co-partners.
