I ordered four cartridges with lt online store and made the corresponding payment on june **, ****, for inr ****.**. My order number was "order #**-**-******".
The company has not processed my order in the last ** days and counting. I have tried reaching them in the numbers provided almost every single day since jun **. They have different numbers, which ring, but never get attended.
I have also written several emails and sought a cancellation & refund. Until today, which is ** days and counting, they haven't responded. This is an utter non-professional behavior.
I earnestly request that the address my refund request. I have no need for these, as i had to procure it elsewhere due to their unprofessional approach.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
