I am frustrated after associating with mmt for our Bali trip. Multiple blunders throughout led to an unpleasant experience. We were given an expired booking link by the time issue was sorted price of the holiday package hiked. This happened twice. Also unprofessional/rude behaviour by one of the agents who initially handled our booking
change to the intenary not confirmed until the day of our travel which led to frequent follow-up. Our relationship officer tried helping us but the concerned team delayed the confirmation. After repeated reminders for a veg in-flight meal, our onward connecting flight was not informed about it. After the nth reminder, they assured it was taken care on our return flight. We were appalled to know that it didn't happen. We were famished & embarrassed when we requested a veg meal. Did not expect such complacency and unprofessional conduct from such a reputed travel organisation. it has been almost two months. Still, there is no resolution.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
