I received today(**/**/**) a product from Ekart, that I never ordered. My mother was not sure, when the delivery person insisted, she paid Rs *** and received it. But, we never ordered it. But, In the product received, the name and address was ours. We do not know who did this. There was no name of the seller's address and nothing on the package. Inside the package, it seemed like an burned old cloth. Please take this product back and refund our money. Thanks.
