Xpressbees Logistics Pvt Ltd - unnecessary delayed or postponed delivery

I order a shirt from Urbano fashion on **st October ****. Urbano fashion giveen my percel Xpressbees Logistics Solutions Private Limited for delivery. **th October my percel was out of delivery from xpressbees delivery hub and xpressbees delivery agent didn't contact with me and he remarks that my delivery address was incompleted, even my address was completed. Again on *st November the delivery agent does the same thing.then i contact with xpressbees email but they're not response my email.again *th November my percel was out delivery from xpressbees hub and this time the delivery agent didn't contact with me and "Xpressbees remarks that I'm want future delivery, what i didn't say.
