I had ordered an item from meesho, and the delivery partner is Xpressbees. The parcel was supposed to reach on *rd March as per schedule. But I didn't recieve any calls or sms regarding the delivery attempt. It's been more than ** days since the due date.
I tried emailing the customer support team of Xpressbees and they are not responding with a solution, the tracking is showing updates till *th March, after which there is no updates at all. The customer care number of Xpressbees is an automated bot that does not respond to our query. Meesho help desk is also not responding.
It is a prepaid order, hence I tried cancelling it, but I'm unable to since the parcel is already shipped.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
