At the time of booking a car from Zoomcar I received a vehicle that was damaged with multiple scratches and dents, I didn't care much as I just needed a vehicle for some purpose. After returning the vehicle back within a day or so I received a email stating that I had caused the vehicle damage and was fined Rs.*****. After multiple calls to the customer care support they said the images uploaded was not clear so it has been charged. And now again the similar issue had happen and this time the images were not uploaded in app so I have to make the payment for damage and also started sending recovery damage notices.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
