Bajaj Finserv Limited - Unnecessary charges levied by Financier
SARODE SAKUNTHALA BAI filed complaint against Bajaj Finserv Limited on Jul 22, 2020
Dear Sir,
My outstanding balance of Loan amount due on **/**/**** is Rs. **,***/-. Without my intervention and without information my Loan tenure Period changed and Switch fee for conversion of Loan period charges of Rs. *,***/- debited to my Loan account.
I have contacted Branch and intimated them about Switch fee of Rs. *,***/-. They said that it is not possible to reverse the charges once debited.
They are charging Annualized Rate of Interest of **.**%. Now again debiting unnecessary charges without intimation.
I have decided to close Loan account by paying total outstanding Loan amount in one settlement, but they are demanding of Rs. ****/- as Force Closer charges in addition to Loan amount due.
Help me to reverse unnecessary charge of Rs. *,***/- from my Loan account &
Help me to get reduction in Force Closer charges to close my Loan account.
I am sending herewith copy of Loan account statement for your kind perusal and records.
