Partha Pratim Bora filed complaint against Bajaj Finserv Limited on May 21, 2022
So recently I got a message from them about a pre-approval EMI Card offer. And I liked it and so opted in. And I got the card with ****** INR credit limit. After KYC, ECS Mandate and everything, they are not letting me to do any transaction with that card. So I contacted their customer care through E-mail. And they said it's due to some inline credit policy or something and told me to wait for some months. Which in itself is hilarious to me, I don't know what to say. Now my point is if they think that I don't deserve any credit or loan from them, then why did they even give me that card. And my second point is, why didn't they clearly mention it before they gave the card? And that is also with a pre-approved amount. And it was okay if the card was free, but they charged for that card. Which turned out to be useless. I think it's scam that they are running. By the way, it's not like since then my credit score dropped or something. It was/is above ***.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
