URGENT! I'm in a desperate situation. My wife is currently alone in Europe. I'd activated the unlimited international roaming pack for her worth ****. She's is still being billed for voice and data for some reason, and her services have now been deactivated. I've called customer service about ** times and spent hours trying to resolve the issue, but they say there's nothing they can do till the bill is generated. My wife is all alone without a connection with no way to contact me or move around. What do i do?
