my name is ganesh jadhav
my registered postpaid mob. no. is **********.sir,from the last month i having faced worst experience of vodafone service.i regularly paid my bill to vodafone and as you know im one of the old customer of your company.
In january**** I recieved the message that amezon prime membership will renew on your number,as I seen this message, immediately i called to customer care of vodafone but that time VI servers was down i didnt connect to the agent of VI,so i called on alternative number **********,the operator was saying whenever our server issue will solved we will solved your problem,please call after sometime,after some days i recieved the new bill of january **** which is more than regular bill,its included almost Rs **** extra miscellaneous charges.had included amezon prime subscription auto renewal charges.so i raise the complaint on *nd February ****,the agent was said that your problem will solved till *th February ****,i waited till *th February but no. response from vodafone team regarding my billing issue.next I called to VI care on **th February ****,that time your senior executive was saying that,we cannot help you further on your billing issue that is auto renewal process and you get messages from amezon prime before it activated again i again and again saying that whenever i get massage about this renewal i immediately called to VI care for do not active amezon prime on my number but that time VI servers was down,after * days that service was activated,and now VI saying we cannot do anything you have to pay whole bill.
again i reapeated if your operator told me on *nd February that your complaint will solved till *th February but I didnt recieved any massege about my complaint that is very disappointed thing ever,i wait till **th February and i said thus issue also,but your senior executive never accept misteke had been happen from your side.Sir,it means whenever you want to active any offer on any VI number your company send only massage that is like warning,and also we didnt respond on that massage you did activate the service on any number without any permission of customer,and 'when Customer raise the complaint, customer didnt get any notification from VI that your complaint is solved or not.'
Sir,your senior executive again and again saying the policy of amezon prime,i didnt understand that where i was talkin in VI care or the agent of amezon which is very pethitic thing i ever heard,sir my plan was Rs.*** which is not include amezon prime membership free.and sir,if i want prime membership of amezon i will activate the plan of *** which is include free membership why i will do add on **** extra charges its a comman sense,but i repeatedly saying that i dont want any plan and any value added service on this no. how VI can add this amount in my vodafone bill without my permission.
sir your senior executive reapetedly saying that customer didnt know about auto renewal meaning,if i didnt response any call and massage from vodafone and time to time i did responsibly contact with customer service for aware about this situation i didnt get positive response from VI.
now i decide to port my vodafone postpaid and other * numbers of vodafone convert into airtel.i will pay there *** monthly but i dont want this type of service.a
and also i would like to say i m the person who holding VI shares also but from now i never trust on your company and i will say it in my circle to not to buy service of VI.
