I am an honorably discharged Defence Services veteran of India with complete profile integrity and absolute non-affiliation with any professional sports syndicates. I am filing this formal complaint against offshore operator Parimatch regarding an arbitrary account closure and the illegal confiscation of my hard-earned personal funds.
On June *, ****, a Parimatch compliance representative named Derick officially confirmed via email that under company policy, my account would be closed and a full refund of my payments/deposits would be executed. I formally replied and accepted these settlement terms.
However, on June *, ****, a separate agent named Christabela overrode this binding contract, issuing a flat refusal. After a sequence of escalations where I formally looped in the international regulator (Curaçao Gaming Authority at complaints@cga.cw) and the State Cyber Police, Parimatch representatives actively dropped the regulatory monitoring email address from the thread to hide their breach of contract.
On June *, ****, representative Christabela doubled down on this illegal asset seizure, falsely claiming a "Rule **" violation (unfoundedly accusing me of being a sports industry insider) and stating that "no compensation can be done" and that their decision is final.
This is a clear case of fraudulent retention of funds, financial bad faith, and evasion of both international gambling regulations (LOK framework) and domestic monitoring. I demand that Parimatch immediately honor the written settlement offered by their own compliance team on June *nd and execute a full refund of my deposited payments to my original banking nodes.
