I am a seller on Flipkart for the last few days. I have been cheated. I sold Havells wire through Flipkart and got cloth pieces in return and when I file for SPF claim sometimes they denied. When I sold through Flipkart and paid to and fro logistics and used their logistics services. How am I being penalised for their lax services or cheating? It happened just because they did not check the product while taking back. My only point is to return my original product or compensate reasonably? Why all losses to me?
