Ganesh filed complaint against Hyundai on Aug 8, 2024
I booked a Venue N-line on July **, ****. At that time, the salesperson assured me that they could deliver the car from their stock within a week (after showing me a bogus stock list). We went ahead and booked the car, but on July **, I was informed that they had booked the wrong color, which was unavailable. They asked me to pay extra for another color. I cleared the total amount for the car on July **. They promised registration on August *, and now on August *, they are telling me that the car hasn't even been dispatched from the production plant.
How is Hyundai allowing these people to operate a showroom that misleads customers with false information? This behavior will undoubtedly harm Hyundai's reputation and erode customer trust. I have all the written proofs and call recordings, and I am prepared to file a consumer complaint. Please take serious action against all those involved in this scam.
Fake Promises:
Displaying a fake stock list during booking and demanding payment.
Booking the wrong color car and demanding extra payment for another color.
Providing false commitment dates.
A CRM person being a friend of the consultant, resulting in no action, and the business head being unaware of what is happening.
Persistent calls before payment, but no updates from the showroom after payment.
