MG MOTORS - unfulfilled delivery commitment

This refers to the wrong and unfulfilled WRITTEN delivery commitment made by the Chandigarh (Elante) dealer of MG motors for ASTOR *.* SUPER, MANUAL model in Aurora Silver.
Ref.*: Booking form dated **.Oct.**** (attached)
Ref.*: My email to MG Motors dated **.Nov.**** and **.Dec.**** (as below)
Ref.*: About **+ tickets raised over phone on their customer care number (ticket numbers can be shared)
Ref.*: Over a dozen email reminders sent to MG Motors (all correspondence can be shared)

I am reproducing the contents of my email dated Nov.**, **** and email dated Dec.**, **** which will put you in the picture. Subsequently I can share my complete correspondence with them for your ready reference and necessary action.
I firmly believe that wrong practices by such companies need to be curbed as I can see they are completely fearless as there seems to be no law which penalizes them from such unethical practices. I hope that through your medium, a strong message can be sent to such companies to mend their ways and be professional and honest when making their sales.

Dear Sir,

This refers to my booking for an Astor *.* super MT vide your booking form dated **.Oct.** and cheque for Rs. **,*** issued on the same date.
At the time of booking, I was made to understand that deliveries will commence in Nov. ** which was one of the factors in me deciding in favour of your brand. I also understand that the actual deliveries have already commenced now.

You are requested as follows:
*. Please update me on the likely delivery date of my booked vehicle
*. Advise me on the documentation formalities required prior to taking delivery so that the delivery is not delayed for lack of document readiness.
*. I will be going for the car finance option and will be contacting service providers for this directly. However, if you have an inhouse arrangement with banks, request you to share details ASAP on ROI offered etc.

Hope to receive this information soonest, preferably today.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the booking commitment made by your Chandigarh (Elante) dealer as per attached booking form which is self explanatory. A delivery time of Nov.-Dec. **** was committed by the dealer at the time of selling the booking as can be clearly seen from the attached booking form. As this purchase was meant to be gifted to my wife in the month of Dec. ** on our wedding anniversary (which was also conveyed to the dealer), I had ensured that the dealer gave his commitment in writing just to be sure the commitment is firm and will be discharged as was conveyed at the time of booking.

However, I am pained to observe that the dealer is conveniently backing out of this commitment now citing one excuse or the other. I would urge the management of MG Motors to intervene immediately and ensure that the delivery is made as per commitment made with me at the time of booking.

I await a line in reply soonest with a confirmation on the delivery date this month.
