I reached the airline checkin counter about *-** min late while approximate one hour was remaining to take off aircraft.Despite of my repeated request airline staff did not allow me to board while approximate one hr was remaining to takeoff the aircraft. Finally they issued the another ticket with extra payment.This flight was approximate *hr ** min later.It cause lots of discomfort and lost for ongoing journey from jaipur via train.It is looking unfair trade practise to earn more money from customer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
