Justdial - Unfair Trade Practice

I took Subscription from just dial to grow my business and get more leads towards the expansion of my company. When I got in touch with the agent in order to buy here services he only took ** mins reach my place explained every thing to me. he told me to get the service and we have an option to cancel the plan and get refund of the security deposit we are going to make after * months. I a very first month I got to know that I there is no use of there product as the enquiries I was getting was only from the venders and other companies or people who are looking for a job I hardly got any lead related to business. After that I contacted to the customer care about the they did not bother to talk properly and then I had to continue the services. After * months I have asked my account manager to stop my services and refund my money. He made so many false promises and the refused to answer my call.
They keep hitting esc on my account and it got rejected man times due to insufficient funds, I have asked so many times to stop it but they keep giving false crap.
Out of frustration I went to there Indore office to file a complaint and here was a gut who promised to resolve my concern and then he also denied to answer the calls and now he said the refund is not possible and we can only adjust that amount to the services which has no use for me as there is no relevant leads I am getting. This company is only making fools of the innocent people who wants to grow there business. They only time they became active when they want to make a sale. After that they didn't even bother speaking to the customer.
