HeyCoach - Unfair Trade Practice No Refund Policy

I registered for the Super** program via an Instagram ad and was contacted on March **, **** by Program Manager Vishal Verma. On March **, ****, following a video call with Mr. Vishal and Adithya Gupta, I enrolled by securing a loan, of which ₹*,**,*** was paid to HeyCoach as course fees.
Realizing I had rushed into this decision and that my current financial and personal circumstances make it impossible for me to continue, and after examining negative reviews which showed it would directly worsen my financial situation, I requested a full refund on April *, ****, before any onboarding or batch start (April *).
I sent a legal notice on April *, ****, which was received on April **, ****, yet I have not received any valid response or refund from HeyCoach.
