HeyCoach - Request to Cancel Course Enrollment and Stop EMI Process Within CoolingOff Period No Response from I

I am writing to file a formal complaint against HeyCoach regarding a course enrollment that I wish to cancel within the legally permitted cooling-off period.
I enrolled in a course with this institution on **July****. However, within * days of enrollment, I realized that I do not wish to proceed and sent a written email requesting cancellation of the course and refund of the amount, as I was still within the cooling-off period. Despite this, the institution has not responded to my email or calls in a timely manner.
They are deliberately delaying communication and now refusing to honor the cancellation request, stating that there is a “no refund policy.” This is unethical and against consumer protection rules, especially when the request was made within the cooling-off window.
Moreover, the institution has tied the course with a loan/EMI process without my complete and informed consent, and the EMIs are about to start soon. If not stopped immediately, I stand to lose ₹*,**,***, which is a significant financial burden for a service I will not be using.My requests are as follows:
Immediate cancellation of the course enrollment.

Immediate halt and cancellation of the loan/EMI process linked to this admission.

Full refund of any amount if deducted or blocked.

Legal action against the institution for harassment and non-responsiveness.

I request the honorable consumer forum to treat this matter urgently to prevent further financial damage.
