Myntra - Unfair Trade Practice Myntra Refusing Returns for Delivered Orders

I am filing this complaint against Myntra Designs Private Limited for unlawful denial of return and refund for my orders. My account was blocked by the company due to which I am unable to initiate any return requests. I had already reported this issue within the return window; however, no resolution has been provided. The inability to initiate returns has been caused solely due to the company’s action. Myntra is denying my right to return already delivered products by relying on vague and discretionary terms and conditions. There is no explicit policy stating that return rights for completed transactions will be forfeited upon account blocking.
Such denial is arbitrary, non-transparent, and amounts to unfair trade practice, resulting in direct financial loss.
