Henry harvin Education - Unfair Trade Practice by Henry Harvin Refund Not Provided After Misleading Commitment

I enrolled in a course with Henry Harvin after being assured by their manager, Mr. Ruhan Raj, that the course could be cancelled at any time if I did not wish to continue. Based on this assurance, I agreed to enroll and the payment was arranged through a loan from Bajaj Finserv.
However, when I later requested cancellation of the course, Henry Harvin refused to cancel it. This is misleading because the manager had clearly stated that cancellation would be possible at any time. I also have call recordings and other proof of this communication.
Additionally, the services provided by the coaching institute were very poor. Only partial study material was provided, with incomplete chapters and books. After the payment was made, there was no proper assistance or support from the institute.
I started trying to reach the Henry Harvin team before my second EMI, which was due on *nd March. Despite multiple attempts and emails, I did not receive a proper response. Later, they informed me that their *-day or **-day refund policy had expired. However, I had already tried to contact them within the time limit but did not receive any response from their team.
Now Bajaj Finserv is asking for loan repayment and penalties are being added to the amount. This situation is causing significant stress because the loan was taken only for this course and the promised services were not delivered.
I request urgent intervention to:
Direct Henry Harvin to cancel the course and settle/refund the amount with Bajaj Finserv.
Allow foreclosure and cancellation of the loan.
Stop further EMI deductions and penalties.
Protect me from recovery pressure from Bajaj Finserv while this dispute is being resolved.
I have attached some proof of communication and emails showing that I was trying to contact the Henry Harvin team within the required time period. I also have additional proof and call recordings which can be provided if required.
I request urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
