I have been raising refund request towards booking ID *******, since on going pandemic is still not over but agent is following their traditional cancellation policy however traveling from * state to another requires covid clearance hence there might be a chance of getting caught under covid & other charges such as air fare & isolation will be at risk therefore we are asking refund due to genuine reasons
But travel triangle is not ready to listen & understand & simply responding with a shrud reply
Travel agent like make my trip have cancelled hotel & refunded the full why not travel triangle
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
