I am writing to report a serious issue with MobiKwik Xtra, where my investment of ₹*,**,*** in Flexi and Plus products has been mishandled. Despite investing with the understanding of flexible withdrawal terms, ₹*,**,*** of my principal is now stuck with no repayment and no clear reason provided.
*Key Issues:*
- Invested in Flexi and Plus (*-month tenure) products with flexible withdrawal terms, but MobiKwik Xtra unilaterally changed terms, locking funds without consent.
- Repayment schedule not followed; funds redirected to long-term lock-ins without notification or approval.
- Out of ₹*,**,*** invested, ₹*,**,*** remains unpaid, with no clarity on refund process.
- Customer support provides generic T&C copy-paste responses, refusing to address grievance or provide resolution.
- Initial terms allowed anytime withdrawal, but new terms impose monthly payout cycles tied to borrower repayments, affecting liquidity.

- Reached out to customer support multiple times with no resolution
