One MobiKwik Systems Limited - Mobikwik Zip Pay Later Fraud on my Number

On **th Aug' **** afternoon at around **:** and **:** I received two text messages on my number that I initiated two transactions of **** each on COMMONDUM GROCERIES PRIVATE LTD through Mobiwik wallet on my number ********** After few seconds i received *-* repeated calls from +*(***)***-****and this call was automated ivr call which said "someone is trying to login to your mobikwik account, press * to reject the login", then i pressed *. After this ivr asked to enter the pin which i had received in sms to confirm my identity. I entered otp on ivr and within * minutes these * transactions were confirmed from my mobikwik zip balance happened worth **** each (Grocery shopping)
I got another message saying Rs **** used from ZIP by Mobikwik for your payment on mobiKwik app please repay by due date for avoiding any delay charges. I realised immediately after what really conspired and mailed to mobikwik fraud Alert team to withheld those * transactions but they replied after ** hours that "We would like to inform you that we have taken necessary action and blocked your number for further misuse". I immediately called cyber crime number **** to register my complaint about the fraud thats just happened on my number on Mobikwik app via their zip pay later account. Then I filed an FIR with them, after which they sent me an Acknolwedgement number. Mobikwik sent a mail to me after *-* days that we would like to let you know that the whole amount is utilized in the services and we are unable to process the refund from our end. For further beneficiary/Utilization details we request you to kindly provide the FIR copy/complaint copy or you can register your complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.   you can contact your nearest cyber cell/Police/LEA's and ask them to mail us from their official mail ID for further investigation." I even visited nearby Police station twice but they are not taking any action inspite of me following up with them
