Upgrad.com - Unfair examination

On **th of may an online examination was held - i completed my exam within **-** minutes and submitted a few students were asking questions in WhatsApp - i answered ine question.
Of the ** students who had participated only * students marks have been reduced to *.
A student from the WhatsApp group has given the information to the buddy of my batch in Upgrad.
My complaint is * fold
*. Since i did not gain marks by cheating - why shoud i pay the consequences.
*. Since i answered the question after submission of my test - why am I being penalized.
