Gurjot Singh filed complaint against Niva bupa health insurance on May 8, 2024
Niva Bupa made unfair deductions in health insurance claim, I lost ₹**** because I opted for Niva Bupa for my health Insurance, but now I have cancelled my policy with them and switched to Aditya Birla.
They deducted ₹**** from claim amount stating that some injections administered by doctor were not released to diagnosed disease. I still don’t understand where am I ay fault in this case? How would a patient know what treatment is being given to them?
Now, I’ll soon file a legal case against Niva Bupa for loss of my time and money.
DO NOT EVER CHOOSE NIVA BUPA FOR HEALTH INSURANCE.
