Dear All,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Niva Bupa regarding my medical insurance claim. Despite submitting all required documents and bills, Niva Bupa has unjustly rejected my genuine claim on grounds of the hospital's alleged failure to provide necessary details.
This excuse is utterly unacceptable. It is evident that Niva Bupa is conveniently shirking its responsibility by blaming the hospital instead of honouring its commitment to policyholders. It is appalling to experience such blatant disregard for customer welfare after diligently paying insurance premiums.
I demand immediate action and a thorough investigation into this matter. Niva Bupa must be held accountable for their negligence and compelled to disburse my claim amount of INR ***** without further delay.
I am seeking help to fight against this and get the justice.
