Coindcx Crypto - Unfair crypto liquidation

I initially bought ***** ADA coins at $*.***, with a liquidation level at $*.** and a margin of *****. When the price crashed on October ** at * a.m., it briefly dipped below $*.**, but my position wasn't liquidated due to a system slowdown. When I checked at * a.m., the ADA market price was at $*.**, and my position was still open.

To protect my position, I added more margin and used *x leverage, which lowered the liquidation level to $*.***. I also bought an additional ***** coins, bringing my total margin to ****

At * p.m., my position was liquidated at $*.***, even though the market price was $*.**. Immediately afterward, I received a full margin refund to my futures wallet, but later, half of the refunded amount was taken back.
