Coindcx Crypto - CoinDCX crypto futures app

I took some future calls, on ** evening. All of a sudden, my app got irresponsive of my positions. I was not able to see my positions. I immediately tried to connect to the customer care but did not find immediate response. At the end my positions were liquidated.
I got initial response through chat after ** hours. No body would be live for ** hours to get the response.

I want to sue for ******.** rupees for
*. App went irresponsive, I could not book the profits
*. No immediate communication, so my positions was liquidated.
*. No call center number, so that I could have communicated as early as possible.
*. Even the email support is late.
