Monika Tantia filed complaint against Vi India on Sep 18, 2022
In my Vi Postpaid bill for August ****, There are charges for ** International Messages and * National Message (amount is around *** INR + GST).
The messages seems to be auto-triggered by Vi Sim upon entering into a roaming area/Network change based on time mentioned in the bill as I was travelling nationally and internationally at the mentioned dates/times.
There is No trace of these sent messages in the message history of my phone. I checked none of the apps in my phone has permission to send messages automatically.
I checked on Twitter, other people have also faced this issue on Vi Network. These people were refunded the charges by Vi but in my case Vi is not ready to remove the charges from my bill. I have discussed with them * times by calling customer care and many times followed up on twitter.
There are two numbers to which these messages were triggered :

*. ********
