Hinduja Healthcare Surgical - Unfair charge for tests included in package

I booked a Health Checkup - Executive Premium Package. I paid the entire amount Rs.**** to the hospital. PFA the bill attached for the same.

As per your website (which you have changed now, again a sign of malpractice), the package included thyroid tests, T* & T* (PFA the screenshot for the same). On the day of checkup too, I was told we have taken the samples. Yet on the day of report collection, I will tell you a few things:

*. All the reports were not given to me in the set. I had to check repeatedly and inquire where X,Y,Z..reports were and only then those reports were presented. Good way to loot people who trust your institutions blindly and take those reports home and then come back to get the same tests again.

*. On this particular day, your Health Checkup Coordinator presented some random brochure saying those tests are not included. On showing the website, she said 'I don't care!' That's exactly how a hospital should be on its principles?!

PFA, the proofs of all these things, including the tests, which I had to then pay extra and get done. They cannot keep fooling people and taking their money in the name of big brands.
