my friend is nri .he is now Jamaican cititizen and holding OCR by indian govermment . In Ocr mention he is Jamaican . His birth place is pune maharashtra the how can hospitals charge extra **% on final bill . He is still in hospital and his surgery done yesterday . pls help it is write they can charged .
