Indane Gas - Underweight cylinder

I complain for underweight and that' very impressive to take action against complain number *-************ and get my cylinder changed immediately. and it's strange to see that after complain the cylinder delivered to me is * kg underweight that was earlier * kg underweight. indane is serving me about * year, and during this I get approx ****=** cylinder and I get less gas ****=***in terms of cylinder ***/**=**in terms of financial loss ******=*****.who is responsible of financial loss I am getting from many years.
They are altering tare cylinder weight and giving underweight cylinder.
