Indane Gas - Indane Ambal not providing refund

Dear sir,

I(Sarath M) had a gas connection with Ambal agencies - Indane gas Coimbatore for the address **/*B *th street, church road, visuwasapuram, Coimbatore, ******.
I had requested for the transfer of gas service to chennai citing my job change transfer on **-**-****. The same has been transfered to Chennai Alandur TUCS Distributer on same day and we returned back the gas cylinders + regulator on same day. We were informed that we could use the termination/transfer voucher and get a transferred connection in Alandur, Chennai.

However, I got transfered back within few months and because of that, I did not avail the transfer voucher in Alandur, Chennai.
Now today, I went back to Ambal providing the Termination/Transfer voucher for them to continue the gas connection back in Coimbatore address. But today they straight away asked me to pay the deposit amount of INR **** again(which was not refunded originally). They were citing that it was refunded already and when I asked for the record/proof/documentation for the same, they rudely asked me to get out of the store and said "Do whatever you want and complaint where ever you want"

Its my hard earned money, I would kindly request you to look into this and help get me my deposit back
