Samsung Mobile Service Center - Under warranty mobile accessories denied to change
Rajender Singh filed complaint against Samsung Mobile Service Center on Aug 12, 2019
As today visited at Samsung service center regarding replacement of mobile mobile charger due to slow charging issue. Their representative denied to replacing the same by saying that warranty period is over while its purchased on **.**.****, as * months warranty still remains till today. Being a worwide a big brand not able to provide a appropriate service to their customers. This is totally unsatisfactory service.
