Samsung Mobile Service Center - refund not initiated

dear Team,
my name is ajinkya gaikwad. i was having my samsung galaxy m**s mobile taken on **-**-****. it was got hanged and was not working on **-**-****. i went to your Pen branch-Raigad, maharashtra-****** service centre for repair bcoz it was in under warrenty. they took my mobile on **-**-**** and said they will repair it. but after *-*days they said that the part of the mobile which was defected was not available so they will repay the amount through vouchers (which is equal to mobile price). i was ok with that n i submitted my cancel cheque and pan card, aadhaar card to the cervice centre. meanwhile i purchased new mobile as they said they will refund the amount. on **-**-**** went to service centre for my vouchers but they said they lost my cancel cheque and pancard, aadhaar card. so again i submitted my all kyc documents. but till the time i dont received my vouchers.
i want my amount refunded as soon as possible as i purchased new mobile because of their commitment and i cant wait for mobile repair now.
