Godrej Appliances - Under AMC air conditioner not attended

Godrej Split AC under AMC. On *th May'**, I logged the complaint. On a *th first visit for inspection (Gas problem). On *th supposed to visit for the Gas refill. On *th message received will attend on **th. On **th again message received will attend on **th. On **th I call to customer care to escalate the issue and they give assurance to call back in ** min after discussing with the service centre and call not received. On **th I again message received will attend on **th. On **th I call to customer care they arranged to call back with a senior person which not received. On **th again message could not attend "Door Locked".
No contact details mentioned for coordinate nor call received and finally, ticket closed from the service centre. After several calls and follow up now an *th day where AC issue not fixed. I need resolution and extension in my AMC till issue not resolve. It's delayed from the service centre and customer care due to their very pathetic service.
