My name Deepika from anantapur.
We approached local ola electric center on */**/**** to purchase vehicle.On speaking with the dealer we planned of buying Ola electric S*Pro.
In this regard we paid ******/- through NEFT on **/**/**** and *****/- through their official online app.Post payment when we approached for delivery of vehicle they informed us there is a payment shortage of ****/- but in actual that amount was given as discount to us for Holly, now for this reason they are not delivering our vehicle.When we were ready to pay the shortage of Rs ****/- they conveyed no payment is required, your vehicle will be delivered,again they asked for payment of shortage amount,this has been the scenario for the past one month.We waited almost one month but till now no update on our delivery nor regarding our payment.we are vexed by the service provided by them and asking them repeatedly for the delivery of our vehicle.We are left with no other option but to approach you.We place our best hopes on you and expect some kind of solution for our problem.kindly look into our issue.Expecting quick solution.
